i would like to find out if we are related. my family is from Toronto, Ontario Canada. My father's name is Robert William Boyd, and his father was William Frederick Boyd. My grandfather has 5 or 6 siblings, jack, lillian,dave, not sure of rest. all born and raised in Ontario Canada (i think)

What a difference a day makes. I have moved from Norfolk VA to Pensacola FL. Just got my e-mail hook up, so must try out all the sites to see if this really works. This has really advanced into the future as for as info/formate(good job webBeasite). My ancestor is William Boyd,Esq. born 1752, in Ireland, he came to America about 1785. He married 1782 to Ann Jacque (Jack).They moved between Frederick county VA and Bullskin Twsp. of Fayette Co. PA. His Third son Robert Boyd, 1782 in VA had a daughter named Mary Boyd born 04-13-1810 and Died 11-27-1828 in Dunbar Twsp of Fayette Co. Pa. She married 11-27-1828 to Woodward, Davis, Born 06-11-1806 Died 04-06-1882. My DAR Boyd is Boyd, William, 1752, IRE., Soldier in Capt. John Allison's Company, under command of Colonel George Rodgers Clark, payroll dated 07-08-1780. Thanks for the memories. Also I noticed that was no name listed for FLorida/ AL.
